## Process

The Request for Comments process is as follows:

1. Create a pull request against this repository adding a new RFC document outlining your planned change.
1. Solicit comment and feedback on [geos-devel](http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/geos-devel).
1. Call for a vote on the RFC.
1. Note the status and commit the RFC to the web site for the record.
