    <para>The <application>Time Administration Tool</application> allows you to set the time, date and timezone of your system, as well as setting any time server to synchronise your local time server.</para>

    <title>Getting started</title>

    <para>You can start <application>Time Administration Tool</application> in the following ways:</para>

    <para>When you start <application>Time Administration Tool</application>, you may be prompted for the administrator password. This is necessary because the changes done with this tool will affect the whole system.</para>

    <para>After entering the administrator password, the time configuration window is displayed.</para>

    <para>The <application>Time Administration Tool</application> main window contains the following elements:</para>

	         <term><guilabel>Manual</guilabel></term>
		 <listitem>
		   <para>You will be able to fully specify date and time by hand.</para>
		 </listitem>
	       </varlistentry>

	   <term><guilabel>Synchronise now</guilabel> button</term>
	   <listitem>
		<para>This will allow you to synchronise just once with the selected Internet servers.</para>

    <title>Usage</title>

	 <title>To change your time or date</title>
	 <para>Just change the time spin buttons or the date in the calendar.</para>

	 <title>To change your time zone</title>
	 <para>Click on the <guibutton>Select time zone</guibutton> button and select the new location, alternatively you can also select the new location from the list below.</para>
